Michele and Chad:

My compliments on your exemplary work for the Crain Prototype - I had the pleasure of seeing the prototype in action on Friday afternoon and it is great to see how we are solving complex business problems for our clients (and way out in front of the market on portal prototype development).

What makes me even happier is the team work that is going into solving these complex business problems for our clients. This is one of the reasons I came to BlueMeteor, to work with the best and brightest people in a creative and productive environment - you guys inspire me, so keep up the good work.

I also want to praise Jim, not just for his stellar work, but for taking the time to make sure senior management recognized the hard work of both of you for "stepping up beyond the call of duty" - this is one of the reasons we have a great work environment - we share our successes.

David

Subject: Special Efforts....

Just a short note to heap praise upon two of my associates who stepped up 'beyond the call' in an effort to make the Crain Prototype Meeting in NY extremely successful.

Beyond architecting and developing a very solid and flexible integration solution for Crain, Chad Williams stepped up and built content for the prototype, set up publishing scenarios, and tested each scenario while I was on my flight to NY. His hard work and dedicated service allowed the demonstration to go off without a hitch. They liked the prototype so much, we had to present it 6 times to different audiences.

Michele Lopatin learned the tibco portal product 1 week ago during the prototype phase. She used that knowledge to develop several exciting layouts that showed Crain some of the possibilities of the Tibco portal. Then during our presentation, Michele's knowledge of the news industry and solid knowledge of web site design and tools made BlueMeteor shine. She actively participated in the presentations and design meetings and in fact developed an elegant solution to a difficult publishing problem related to table data that the experts at Crain and their consulting staff were unable to find.
